Από πού να αρχίσω και που να τελειώσω ,από Πειραιά προς Μήλο άργησε να φύγει μια ώρα,τα αυτοκίνητα τα έβαζαν κουτουρου...μια μίξη Σέριφο Σαντορίνη Μήλο Φολέγανδρο κ σε κάθε λιμάνι αργοπορία 40λεπτη.....στην επιστροφή τα πράγματα γίνονται καλύτερα....τα αμάξια να τα φτιάχνουν στο γκαράζ εν κινήσει του πλοίου και το καλύτερο οι ξένοι τουρίστες έχουν καλύτερη αντιμετώπιση από τους Έλληνες....μετά ο Έλληνας είναι φασίστας ρατσιστής κτλ....λοιπόν το καράβι πρέπει να είχε 30%παραπανω επιβάτες από όσο χωρούσε αλλά παρατηρήσεις για τις θέσεις γινόντουσαν μόνο στους Έλληνες.Το σάπιο καράβι σας και οι υπάλληλοι του δεν κάνουν για τίποτα,τσάμπα τα λεφτά που χρεώνεται!!!!!

Το καράβι αναχώρησε μετά από 1 ώρα και 45 λεπτά χωρίς να αιτιολογηθεί η καθυστέρηση.

Τα παιδιά δεν κάνουν για τίποτα, τους γαμιούνται οι μανάδες 24/7.

7/8 Ταξίδι Αλεξανδρούπολη Σαμοθράκη
Κρατημένα εισητηρια 20 μέρες πριν , άφιξη στο λιμάνι 1 ώρα πριν . Ενώ μπορούσαμε να μπούμε με τον κωδικό κράτησης μας έχουν στο ένα και μοναδικό εκδοτήριο με 100 άτομα ουρά μέσα στον ήλιο με 35 βαθμούς με αποτέλεσμα μπροστά μου να λιποθυμήσει άνθρωπος και να ψάχνουμε ΕΚΑΒ ! Σε όσους απευθύνθηκα για το μπάχαλο αυτό ήταν αναρμόδιοι . Το πλοίο με ώρα αναχώρησης 16:00 δεν έχει ξεκινήσει ακόμα στις 16:30 . Είναι κρίμα τέτοιο νησί να βασίζεται και να στηρίζει τον τουρισμό της σε ερασιτέχνες σαν την εταιρεία σας. Ντροπή σας!!

When boarding our Zante Ferry half an hour late, my mums sandal got caught in the escalator, catching her first three toes which were bleeding and ripping the nail on the third. This was obviously quite a traumatic experience for her but the response we got from the staff on board was far from sympathetic. They eventually stopped the escalator using a tiny “emergency” button that would not have been noticed by someone who wasn’t staff.
They then seated us right at the top of the now stationary escalator in direct view of all of the other customers still being boarded while the shoe was still in the escalator. After boarding all the guests which took about 15 minutes, staff came over with very basic first aid and the hospitality crew brought down the staff captain whose name we were told we weren’t allowed to know.
None of the staff had any identification. The staff captain was the opposite of helpful. Completely lacking any sympathy for my crying mother, he told us that “these things happen” and compared it to falling down the stairs. He then told us that the incident was caused by people were bringing heavy luggage up the escalator. His tone was aggressive and rude and his solution to us was to make a complaint which put simply was a piece of paper with our email at the top which we have yet to get a response to.
The customer service that we have received has been appalling and we would advise travellers that any issues on board will be met with unhelpful staff and will not be resolved in the proper manner and to travel with other providers if possible.
