Igoumenitsa is a coastal town in northwestern Greece. It is also the capital of the Prefecture of Thesprotia and the first moving port in western Greece and the second in passenger traffic after Piraeus nationwide. It is also one of the ports that have a schedule abroad.
In the northern port there is outdoor free parking.
In the summer months the port can become quite chaotic with long queues for cars. So please arrive at least one hour in advance if travelling by car. For more information about Igoumenitsa, you can visit Wikipedia.
