Alpha Lines is a new company, founded in 2020, with a fast catamaran boat in its potential. The boat has a choice of lounges, air-type seats and a business class lounge and offers a fast journey. You'll be transported quickly to your destination without wasting valuable holiday time.
In 1964 Vasilios Agapitos bought the first boat of the company which connected Corfu with Igoumenitsa. After some years they expanded with new boats and connections between Piraeus, Italy and the Cyclades. In 1999 the company merged with Minoan Flying Dolphins and Hellenic Seaways.

In 2018 Agapitos family withdrew from Hellenic Seaways and after two years, in 2020 they created Alpha Lines with their first catamaran speed boat, which connects Piraeus with Hydra, Poros and Spetses islands on a daily basis.

I am just returning from Poros to Piraeus. I wouldn’t recommend alphalines to anyone, please avoid. The experience is very bad. There was a delay to pick us up around 20 minutes. Business class vs economy seats there is No difference. Very tights seats extremely uncomfortable even for an hour journey. Barely no air conditioning inside, with a very heavy atmosphere, not properly ventilated.
Please avoid. Hellenic seaways is ten times better experience and for the same price.
