You can go 2 hours before your departure to a central office of Goutos Lines and get your tickets printed. There are also normally booths or agencies at the port. Your ticket confirmation will have all the details.
Yes, every Goutos Lines vessel is equipped with a specially designated kennel. Passengers travelling with a pet should hold their pet’s updated health documents and are responsible for the pet’s care, safety and hygiene. Unaccompanied pets cannot be embarked.
Children are considered minors aged 5 to 10 years old and infants from 0 to 5 years old.
Aircraft seats are numbered and booked in the name of the passenger. They are convenient ferry seats and slightly more expensive than deck seats. Passengers can walk around, go to the open deck or the economy lounge.
