The port operates Monday–Sunday: 06:30–17:00 & 18:30–02:30 and there are toilets, baby changing facilities, a passenger lounge, a coffee shop, vending machines, free Wi-Fi, disability assistance, free short-term car park, long-term car park (payable), car rental desk, pay phones, disabled toilets, kids play area, restaurant, and a lost property office available. Getting to and from the port

By car

The port is conveniently situated at the end of the A55 dual carriageway. It is approximately 1 hour 40 minutes from Chester, 2 hours from Liverpool, 2 hours 20 minutes from Manchester and 3 hours 15 minutes from Birmingham when travelling by car.
